Wise Words Wednesday features legendary Liverpool manager, Bill Shankly. This clip explains Shankly’s philosophy on managing a team. The Scottish manager started the rise of Liverpool Football Club which led pave the way for his former assistants Bob Paisley and Joe Fagan taking over and dominating Europe during the 70s and early 80s.
