2 cups of left over turkey
2 qts of low-sodium chicken stock
2 cut carrots diced into small cubes
3 celery stalks
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 package of refrigerated biscuits separated and cut into quarters
Small chopped onion
Combine turkey, chicken stock, bay leaves, small chopped onion, and seasonings in a large pot. Cook on low for 30 minutes. Then add celery and carrots and let cook for another 10 minutes. Drop biscuits into broth and cook on low for another 20 minutes. Enjoy!
