Monday Funday is back!
This time we’re going to Bulgaria for the Sofia derby between Levski and CSKA, played last weekend in a veritable blizzard. When the snow starts flying, the on-field action takes a backseat to the obviously more enjoyable snowball fight in the stands. Things escalate quickly and CSKA manager Stoycho Mladenov is struck in the head with a snowball, seemingly knocked unconscious on the sidelines.
After watching this, it looks as if we have two choices: either that snowball was packed as densely as a weighted medicine ball to make ole buddy drop like Arjen Robben inside the opposition box, or Mr. Mladenov was faking it.
What do you guys think? Did any of the snowballs you took to the face as a kid knock you out, or do we have a new category for the football awards: Best Off-Pitch Dive?
